"There isn't a mandolin in here, there is just a ring"

I’m Emgaged, clif asked me July 25th, in St johns az how it happen:
We were in St. Johns for the 24th of july celebration (pioneer days) and Larry Heap (my sister n law Lisa’s dad) has a wagon pull by his mules, that he has in the parade every year. Clif had asked if he can ride in it after the parade, so my brother John took us to the end of the parade, and Larry took us for a ride on the wagon. Normally every year the mandolin club riding with him, this year he didn’t. He had church leaders of St. Johns, so I asked Larry about that, why they didn’t play this year. But Bev’s (Lisa’s mom) mandolin was under the seat. So I asked why her mandolin was there. Larry explained that it was for the church leaders they, if they wanted to play and the parade route. Clif asked if that was a mandolin and if he could play it. So Clif asked me to get it out for him. I opened up the case and said there is nothing in here there is just a ring. And I don’t know what I was thinking but I was confused. And clif had to tell me that it was my ring, then asked me to marry him. I said yes of course.
We are getting married November 14th 2009, at the Mesa, Az temple

My New Home

I just moved, I have moved from the house I was living at in chandler, to my oldest brother John’s house and his family. It’s going to be fun I’m excited.

Wicked

I have the sound track for wicked, and I love it. I use to listen to it while I worked in Thatcher as a janitor, but I love it, and on 7/14 My sister Verlynne and I went to go see it, it was so good, I love it, and was glad I got to spend time with my sister, and nephew Ryan.

a little about me

So after showing clif my blog he said the title lies, cuz it is not about the perry princess, it is about him, and that there are many spelling/grammar errors that need to be fixed..
So about me, I was born and raised in globe with the two best parents there could be, they were both teachers my dad a science teacher, and mb mom reading/ family consumer science teacher. I have the best older sister ever, and I have amazing priesthood holder brothers (4 of them, and one is still single)
I went to eac for a little long then normal, and learned a lot, and made a lot of friends, I am working towards becoming a dental hygienist
This last year I have moved to the mesa-chandler and working at a law firm,

America

Greer Az (the little Colorado River)

Clif and I were invited to go to round valley for the 4th of july, by our friends Krystal (not Dorathy) and Bruce Balls, So we stayed at the cabin in Greer, it was a fun/ interesting trip, Clif and I were leave Friday night when he got off work, and bring Audra (Spinny’s girlfriend) with us. Friday morning I got a call from Krystal asking for my dad’s #, because she was in an accident in Geronimo, (they were going the scenic route to greer, aka the wrong way) but long story short bruce ran into a stopped car on the highway, so I gave her my dad’s # and he picked her from the accident from globe they found a ride to greer, and we met them up there
So clif and I got up to greer at like 11-11:30 pm.

Saturday morning we dress in our western wear, and went to the parade it was fun, we were at the very start of it, clif really wanted candy, he finally got sucker, and a Frisbee,

we had lunch at the Balls camp site, we had sandwiches and tostadas, then played with clifs Frisbee, after lunch we went to the rodeo, it was clif’s first rodeo, he was so excited that he wants to be in the st johns rodeo on the 24th (not really) but then we went to my favorite sisters cabin to spend some time with them , (I don’t get to see them often) and ryan must have been excited to see me, he rode his bike down the hill to come make sure we knew the way, now if it was anyone else that wouldn’t happen.
we then went to Booga red’s then the waitress told us the best spot to go to watch the fireworks in on the highway to greer, or highway to st. johns so we went to the one highway to greer, it was awesome and city boy clif had seen the best firework show of his life (because it was in a small town)
We were going to go to a country dance but that got ruled out, we were pretty tired, so we went back to the cabin to go to bed
Sunday we woke up and went to church, we saw a few people there we knew then went back to Greer went for a little walk, then took a nap,

then went for another little walk, and clif wanted to be a boy and explore the woods, while I wanted to be a girl and hold his hand.

We then left we had to pick up audrea from round valley, so there was 5 people in my little car. It was a fun trip , while clif was driving he was afraid of many things,

so he pretty much thought that we were going to die on the road,

So clif and i tried to get so good pictures of us together ....

but one or the other was making a face...

p.s. why i titled it America was at the parade Clif would say America to people that walked by, i get real imbarrased, and kinda mad, so i had to keep telling him to stop..
